I Know a Caregiver

If you know a caregiver, help by making sure she or he receives a free Family Care Passport.

It is easy to do; to receive a Passport, just contact your local place of worship in the Upstate region, a support group like the local chapters of the Stroke, Heart or Cancer Association, or contact us to request a Family Care Passport today.

Please remember, for every caregiver you know, more are invisible. Please support this initiative for the benefit of all.
